abstract The invention discloses an array substrate, which comprises a substrate, a plurality of pixel structures, a plurality of color filter patterns, a first shared electrode layer, a second shared electrode layer, a conductive structure and a conductive pattern. The substrate is provided with a display area and a peripheral area. Each pixel structure is located in the display area and comprises an active element and a pixel electrode. The color filter patterns are respectively arranged corresponding to the pixel structures. The first and second common electrode layers are sequentially disposed on the color filter pattern and separated from the pixel electrode structure. The conductive structure is located in the peripheral area and comprises a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer and a third conductive layer which are sequentially arranged on the substrate, wherein the first conductive layer, the second conductive layer and the third conductive layer respectively belong to the same film layer with the first common electrode layer, the pixel electrode and the second common electrode layer. The conductive pattern is located in the peripheral area, and the conductive structure is electrically connected with the conductive pattern.
