abstract | The invention provides a method for detecting total iron content in vanadium-titanium powder, which is characterized in that the detection method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing a sample of vanadium-titanium powder to be measured, placing it in a container, adding sulfur-phosphorus mixed acid , dissolve to obtain a mixed solution; (2) add concentrated hydrochloric acid to the mixed solution prepared in step (1) and boil, add stannous chloride solution dropwise until a pale yellow solution is obtained, use sodium tungstate solution as an indicator, add dropwise Titanium trichloride solution until the solution turns light blue, and then dropwise add a drop of titanium trichloride to obtain a blue solution; (3) adding copper sulfate solution to the blue solution prepared in step (2) for catalysis to obtain colorless solution; (4) using sodium diphenylamine sulfonate solution as an indicator, adding potassium chromate standard solution dropwise to the colorless solution obtained in step (3), until the solution turns light purple as the end point. |
