titleOfInvention Sample pretreatment method for improving detection efficiency of perfluoroalkyl acid precursor
abstract The invention discloses a sample pretreatment method for improving detection efficiency of a perfluoroalkyl acid precursor, belonging to the technical field of detection of perfluoro/polyfluoroalkyl compounds. According to the invention, persulfate is added into a sample to be detected, the sample is pretreated under an ultraviolet light source, a perfluoroalkyl acid precursor in the sample to be detected is oxidized and converted into perfluoroalkyl acid which is easy to detect, the whole pretreatment process does not exceed 1h, and more accurate concentration of the precursor can be obtained; compared with a commercialized TOP method, the method provided by the invention has the advantages of short pretreatment time, simple and convenient operation, no need of maintaining strong alkali solution conditions, reduction of the pretreatment period of the sample, and remarkable improvement of the detection efficiency of the precursor containing the perfluoroalkyl acid.
