The invention relates to a method for separating valuable metals in high-zinc lead-tin waste miscellaneous copper, belonging to the technical field of waste miscellaneous copper resource utilization. The copper content of a class of scrap copper raw materials with high zinc, lead and tin content is 75-85%. The main treatment processes include screening - crushing - mixing - atmospheric pressure/controlled high temperature treatment. After the raw materials are crushed, add cuprous sulfide at 1400-1800 ℃ under normal pressure conditions in a high-temperature furnace or 1000-1500 ℃ under controlled pressure conditions of 0.1-0.5 atm for processing, and the volatiles can be cooled to obtain zinc-lead-tin or its compounds. The content of zinc, lead and tin impurities in the treated scrap copper is greatly reduced, which can be used to produce red copper or copper alloys, and the comprehensive utilization of scrap copper recycling resources is realized. |
