The complex microorganism strain includes Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Streptococcus, Rhodococcus and Brevibacterium. The preservation method comprises the following steps: a1, inoculating 9-11% of the composite microbial strain for degrading triphen waste gas into a sterile enrichment medium, and performing shake culture to obtain a bacterial solution; a2, taking bacterial liquid, protective agent and active stabilizer, mixing uniformly and storing at-78-82 ℃. The compound microorganism strain can efficiently degrade triphen waste gas, the preservation method has simple and easily controlled process and low cost, and the activation energy of the preserved compound microorganism can continuously keep good triphen degradation capability, thereby being capable of rapidly providing the microorganism strain with high activity for degrading benzene series for the practical engineering application of benzene series waste gas biological treatment. |
