titleOfInvention Process for preparing catechin fibroin by liquid-solid fluidization method
abstract The invention discloses a process for preparing catechin fibroin by a liquid-solid fluidization state method, which comprises the following steps: a. removing impurities in the tea raw material, crushing, blowing dust, adding gel for granulation, and drying to obtain catechu particles; b. mixing the catechu particles with the fibroin solution according to the proportion of 1: 9-11, and carrying out fluidized reaction for 3-4 h at the temperature of 30-40 ℃ to obtain a catechin-containing fibroin solution with the content of 0.3-0.5% of catechin. The invention aims to form catechin fibroin with stable quality by uniformly melting catechin into a fibroin solution, thereby achieving the purpose of long-term storage and quality guarantee of the fibroin.
