The preparation method of the tartary buckwheat antioxidant peptide is also provided, wherein tartary buckwheat albumin powder is prepared by taking tartary buckwheat powder as a raw material, then the tartary buckwheat albumin enzymolysis peptide is obtained by carrying out enzymolysis on the tartary buckwheat albumin powder, and the tartary buckwheat albumin enzymolysis peptide is separated and purified to obtain the tartary buckwheat antioxidant peptide.
