titleOfInvention | Naphthalocyanine-aminated graphene oxide composite nonlinear optical material and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a naphthalocyanine-aminated graphene oxide composite nonlinear optical material and a preparation method thereof, belongs to the field of composite nonlinear optical materials, and aims to solve the problem that the three-order nonlinear optical performance of the existing nonlinear optical material is poor. The composite nonlinear optical material is prepared from tetracarboxyl metal naphthalocyanine and aminated graphene oxide by a covalent bonding mode. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing tetracarboxyl metal naphthalocyanine; secondly, preparing graphene oxide by adopting a Hummers method, and synthesizing aminated graphene oxide by introducing ethylenediamine molecules on the graphene oxide; and thirdly, compounding the naphthalocyanine complex with aminated graphene oxide. The naphthalocyanine-aminated graphene oxide composite nonlinear optical material disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation method, stable in performance, good in three-order nonlinear optical performance and obvious in reverse saturation absorption property. |
