The invention provides a zirconia ceramic bone implantation prosthesis and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and grinding zirconium oxide powder, a stabilizer A, acidic silica sol and aluminum sol to obtain slurry; adding a solvent into the slurry, uniformly mixing, and performing spray drying to obtain particles; placing the particles in a mold, and carrying out cold equal-shaping under 150-500 MPa to obtain a green body; pre-sintering the green body at 700-1200 ℃ to obtain a biscuit; preserving the temperature of the biscuit in a microwave sintering furnace at 900-1500 ℃ for 0.2-2 h to obtain zirconia ceramic; and processing the zirconia ceramic to obtain the zirconia ceramic bone implant prosthesis. The invention adopts the means of doping Y/Yb, combining pre-sintering and microwave sintering, generating mullite in situ by silica sol and alumina sol, and the like to prepare the bone implant prosthesis with a small amount of mullite grains dispersed and distributed on a zirconia matrix, thereby improving the grain size, the density, the mechanical property and the resistance to hydrothermal aging of the zirconia ceramic bone implant prosthesis. |
