abstract |
The invention discloses a method and a system for comprehensive utilization of waste glue in viscose production, belonging to the technical field of viscose short fiber production. After filtration and neutralization, it can replace the fresh water for preliminary washing of the nozzles and components. The waste glue with a viscosity in the range of 50-70mPa.s can be directly used for glue after being separated and filtered by a sedimentation separator and a filter device. Glue configuration reduces the consumption of water and glue material for viscose production configuration, and reduces production cost. |
