abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, in particular to a halogen-free high-temperature nylon PA6T reinforced flame-retardant composite material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-60 parts of PA6T 20, 63-20 parts of PA 63, 8-22 parts of flame retardant, 20-60 parts of glass fiber, 1-10 parts of compatibilization toughening agent, 0.1-1.0 part of antioxidant and 0.1-1.0 part of lubricant. Aiming at the defects of high processing melting point and difficult processing of PA6T, the composite material of the invention introduces PA6, and because PA6 has good fluidity and an amide group of a nylon family, the PA6 can be well fused with the PA6T material, thereby increasing the fluidity, greatly reducing the processing temperature, solving the degradation of a flame retardant and an auxiliary agent in a system, and ensuring that the extrusion granulation is more smooth. |
