abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of epoxy acrylic acid extraction resin and application of the epoxy acrylic acid extraction resin in germanium extraction. Adding epoxy resin, a catalyst and a polymerization inhibitor into the device, uniformly stirring, slowly dripping acrylic acid within 1-2 h, heating for reaction, stopping the reaction after the acid value is measured to be less than 10, cooling, adding a diluent and a crosslinking agent, and stirring for reaction to obtain epoxy acrylic resin; adding deionized water and a surfactant into the device, stirring and reacting, slowly dropwise adding a mixed solution prepared from epoxy acrylic resin, an extracting agent and an initiator by using a constant-pressure low-liquid funnel, carrying out suspension polymerization for 30-40 min, heating, stirring and reacting, washing with water, and drying to obtain the epoxy acrylic extraction resin. The extraction resin solves the problem that a large amount of extractant runs off when the extraction resin prepared by a physical impregnation method is used for extracting and separating germanium. And the preparation method is simple, low in cost, convenient to recover, recyclable and small in environmental pollution, and can generate great economic and social benefits. |
