titleOfInvention | Polyurethane terrazzo |
abstract | The invention relates to a polyurethane terrazzo, which comprises a waterborne modified polyurethane binding material and aggregate arranged in the waterborne modified polyurethane binding material; the aggregate comprises the following components in parts by weight: quartz stone particles: 20-40 parts of glass particles: 20-40 parts of ceramic particles: 20-40 parts of quartz powder: 5-15 parts of a solvent; the waterborne modified polyurethane binding material comprises the following components in parts by weight: nano modified aqueous polyurethane resin: 70-80 parts of defoaming agent: 1-5 parts of a leveling agent: 1-5 parts of wetting agent: 1-5 parts of a water-based cosolvent: 1-5 parts of a cross-linking agent: 1-5 parts. The polyurethane terrazzo is formed by mixing a modified waterborne polyurethane binding material and aggregate, and the modified waterborne polyurethane replaces the existing cement, so that the binding power between the polyurethane terrazzo and the aggregate is effectively enhanced, and the service life of the terrazzo is prolonged. |
