The method is characterized in that: the catalyst comprises an active component and a carrier, wherein the active component accounts for the following components in percentage by mass: 0.25-0.45%, Sn: 0.05-0.2%, K: 0.5-1.1%; the carrier is an Al-Si-C-O composite carrier, and the Al-Si-C-O composite carrier is a spherical carrier with the diameter of 1.6-2.0 mm. The preparation method can effectively combine the carriers of aluminum, silicon and carbon to form a unified whole. The support is modified by special methods, on the one hand, to have a higher strength and, on the other hand, to have a larger pore volume.
