The invention relates to a novel preparation of calcitriol, which belongs to the field of pharmaceutical preparations. The novel calcitriol preparation of the present application is an orally disintegrating tablet, comprising a calcitriol cyclodextrin inclusion compound and an auxiliary material, and the auxiliary material includes a filler, a flavoring agent, a disintegrating agent and a lubricant. In the present invention, cyclodextrin is used for inclusion of calcitriol, and the product form of the inclusion compound is used to improve the stability of calcitriol in application. The stability of the product obtained by inclusion of calcitriol with cyclodextrin is the best. |
