titleOfInvention Methods of Preventing Aluminum Attachment
abstract The present invention provides a method for preventing adhesion of aluminum, which can prevent the adhesion of aluminum to the surface of a metal product at low cost and in a short time by simple processing. By spraying tin particles with an average particle diameter of 10 to 100 μm and an oxide film formed on the surface of the metal product at a spray pressure of 0.5 MPa or more or a spray speed of 200 m/s or more, the metal in the portion in contact with aluminum or aluminum alloy is sprayed. A tin oxide coating film with a thickness of 1 μm or less is formed on the surface of the product. By forming this tin oxide coating film, it is possible to suppress adhesion of aluminum to metal products such as cutting tools and molds for aluminum processing.
