abstract The invention discloses an improved gastrin 17 detection kit, comprising a magnetic particle suspension coated with G-17 monoclonal antibody, an enzyme conjugate containing HRP-labeled G-17 monoclonal antibody, a sample diluent and a calibration solution There are four components of the product; the sample diluent is composed of 0.01~0.2mol/L buffer, 0.1%~0.5% (w/v) preservative, 1%~10% (w/v) protective protein, 1%~10% (w/v) EDTA, 0.1%~0.5% (w/v) sodium dodecyl sulfonate, 0‑500 ug/mL blocking agent and 0.001% (g/v) of pigments. The kit of the invention is prepared based on the magnetic particle chemiluminescence method, and is used in conjunction with the Auto Lumo A2000 series automatic immunoassay instrument to realize automatic detection, with simple operation and fast detection speed. This kit adopts a unique sample diluent, which can not only eliminate the difference between old and new samples, but also effectively reduce the probability of false positive or missed detection caused by HAMA, and greatly improve the detection accuracy of gastrin 17.
