titleOfInvention | Continuous synthesis method of trimethylsilyl azide |
abstract | The invention provides a continuous synthesis method of trimethylsilyl azide. The continuous synthesis method comprises the following steps: under the protective atmosphere, trimethyl chlorosilane and azide are used as reaction raw materials and are continuously conveyed to a continuous synthesis device to carry out nucleophilic substitution reaction, trimethyl silicon-based azide is obtained, the trimethyl silicon-based azide is continuously discharged, and the protective atmosphere is selected from nitrogen and/or inert gas. The trimethyl silicon-based azide is synthesized by adopting a continuous synthesis process, the reaction time required in the whole reaction process is short, the yield is high, and the product performance is stable. Meanwhile, the continuous synthesis process is adopted, so that reaction heat can be taken away from the continuous synthesis device at any time, the risk of heat accumulation during scale-up reaction is reduced, the operation is simplified, and the safety of continuous batch production is improved. Therefore, the continuous synthesis process provided by the application for preparing the trimethylsilyl azide is beneficial to improving the safety of the whole reaction process and the quality of the product. |
