abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a high temperature and long cycle stability nickel-cobalt co-doped lithium manganate positive electrode material. The specific method is to prepare the dopant dispersion liquid, the fuel agent dispersion liquid, mix and prepare the product, etc., mechanically stir uniformly to obtain the reaction mixture slurry, then place it in a porcelain crucible, and then put it into a pre-set temperature of 500 ℃. In a muffle furnace, the combustion reaction was carried out in an air atmosphere for 1 h, taken out and cooled in the air, after grinding, placed in a 650 ℃ muffle furnace for calcination for 6 h, taken out, cooled in air, and ground to obtain LiNi x Co 0.10 Mn 1.90‑x O 4 (x=0.01‑0.10) cathode material. The rate performance of the nickel-cobalt co-doped lithium manganate cathode material synthesized by the present invention is obviously better than that of LiCo 0.10 Mn 1.90 O 4 prepared by other methods. The material does not need to be dried and can be directly heated for combustion reaction, the preparation method is simple and fast, and the electrochemical performance is excellent. |
