abstract | The invention discloses a method for detecting the width of a concrete surface crack, which comprises the following steps: A. spraying a predetermined amount of liquid on the surface of the concrete containing the crack, recording the process of liquid absorption on the surface of the concrete through a video within a predetermined time, and intercepting frame pictures at a predetermined time interval in the video; correspondingly storing a group of frame pictures acquired on the concrete surface and the crack width of the concrete surface into a training set; sampling N concrete surface areas containing cracks according to different liquid absorption rates of the concrete at different crack widths, and repeatedly executing the step A; B. training the model by adopting a deep learning method in the training set to obtain a trained model; C. and carrying out video recording of water spraying on the surface of the concrete to be detected containing the crack, and inputting a group of frame pictures acquired on the surface of the concrete into the model for detection to obtain the width of the crack on the surface of the concrete. The method can quickly, accurately and directly detect the width of the crack. |
