A preparation method of a water-based fluoride-free super-hydrophobic fabric. The method comprises the following steps: stirring PDMS and MPS at room temperature for 0.5-1 h, adding deionized water, stirring to obtain a dispersion, immersing the fabric into the dispersion for 5-10 min, and heating at 125-135 ℃ for 4-8 h to obtain the water-based fluorine-free super-hydrophobic fabric with the super-hydrophobic coating. The method has the advantages of simple and easy process, cleanness, environmental protection, easy large-scale production, lower cost and no toxicity. |
