abstract The invention discloses a hybridoma cell line for secreting a foot-and-mouth disease virus non-structural protein monoclonal antibody 3A10 and application thereof. The invention uses the foot-and-mouth disease non-structural protein as antigen to immunize a mouse and finally obtains a hybridoma cell line which stably secretes the foot-and-mouth disease virus non-structural protein monoclonal antibody with the microorganism preservation number of CGMCC NO.16213 through screening by a cell fusion technology, the secretes the monoclonal antibody which has good broad spectrum, high conservation, strong affinity and strong competition with serum, and can be used as a detection antibody in a blocking ELISA detection method to accurately distinguish the naturally infected animals of the foot-and-mouth disease from the immunized animals. The invention also provides a blocking ELISA detection kit established by adopting the monoclonal antibody as a detection antibody, and the detection kit can be used for detecting serum of any animal species, spans an interspecific barrier, and has the advantages of high reliability, wide application, good broad spectrum, rapidness and convenience in detection and the like.
