titleOfInvention | A kind of UV curing liquid optical transparent adhesive with resistance to yellowing and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a UV-curable liquid optical transparent adhesive resistant to yellowing and a preparation method thereof. According to the percentage ratio of the total mass of the raw materials, it is composed of the following raw materials: the liquid rubber acrylate macromonomer accounts for 20%-70%, the reactive diluent monomer accounts for 20%-60%, and the cross-linking monomer accounts for 3%-20% %, polybutadiene resin accounts for 5%-20%, and photoinitiator accounts for 2%-20%. The present invention proposes a new synthesis route, wherein the hydroxyl-terminated liquid rubber is reacted with potassium naphthalene to generate liquid rubber potassium alkoxide, and then reacted with acryloyl chloride compounds to generate liquid rubber acrylate macromonomer. The innovation of the present invention is to overcome the problems of yellowing of macromonomers and low end-capping rate catalyzed by inorganic bases caused by the direct esterification reaction of hydroxyl-terminated liquid rubber and acryloyl chloride compounds under the catalysis of organic bases. The light transmittance of UV curing film is as high as 99%, the refractive index is between 1.50-1.52, and the yellowing index is 0.3. |
