titleOfInvention | Smokeless and odorless fireproof heat-insulating wet aerogel water-based inorganic nano ceramic coating and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a smokeless, tasteless, fireproof, heat-insulating and moisture gel aqueous inorganic nano ceramic coating and a preparation method thereof, wherein the aqueous inorganic nano ceramic coating consists of aqueous inorganic nano ceramic resin, silicon dioxide moisture gel, pigment, filler, auxiliary agent and water, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing an alkaline silica sol alcohol-water mixture in the first step, and preparing silica moisture gel in the second step; step three, preparing water-based inorganic nano ceramic resin; and fourthly, mixing the water-based inorganic nano ceramic resin, the silicon dioxide moisture gel, the pigment, the filler, the auxiliary agent and water to prepare the smokeless odorless fire-retardant heat-insulation water-based inorganic nano ceramic coating. The silica moisture gel obtained by one-step hydrolysis and condensation is adopted, the preparation period is short, the cost is low, and the coating product produced by the silica moisture gel is not decomposed at high temperature and has the characteristics of fire resistance, heat insulation, no smoke, no odor, high hardness, wear resistance, super weather resistance and the like. |
