titleOfInvention PS/ASA alloy composition, PS/ASA alloy material and application thereof
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of high molecular polymer processing, and provides a PS/ASA alloy composition, a PS/ASA alloy material and application thereof. Based on the total weight of the PS/ASA alloy composition, the PS/ASA alloy composition comprises: 3-50 wt% of PS, 44-94 wt% of ASA and 2-22 wt% of a compatilizer; the compatilizer is prepared by melt blending polypropylene, glycidyl methacrylate and polyethylene glycol, wherein the amount of the glycidyl methacrylate is 1-3 parts by weight and the amount of the polyethylene glycol is 3-20 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the polypropylene. The PS/ASA alloy material has low production cost, realizes energy conservation and consumption reduction, meets the current continuously-expanded yield requirement, has higher low-temperature impact resistance and wide application range.
