titleOfInvention | Degradable concrete curing agent and preparation and application methods thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a degradable concrete curing agent which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-10% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 5-15% of polyvinyl alcohol, 2-5% of a cross-linking agent, 2-5% of a film-forming agent, 1-2% of an antifreezing agent and the balance of water; methods of making and using the same are also provided. The concrete curing agent prepared from the degradable material does not cause any pollution to the environment, does not need subsequent treatment, and does not affect the surface performance of concrete. In the construction process, the curing agent can form a compact polymer film on the surface of concrete, and experiments prove that the water retention rate is up to more than 90 percent, the construction is simple, the automatic operation is convenient, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, and the construction cost is saved. |
