| abstract | The invention relates to a Jingangteng pill and a preparation process thereof, comprising the following steps: providing raw materials: 38-42 parts of bock greenbrier rhizome extract, 18-20 parts of filler, 4-6 parts of disintegrating agent, 10-15 parts of first lubricant, 20-20 parts of wetting agent and second lubricant, wherein the second lubricant is magnesium stearate; mixing the bock greenbrier rhizome extract with a filler according to the weight ratio of 1 (0.3-0.4), and then carrying out spray drying to obtain a first mixture; uniformly mixing the first mixture with the rest of the filling agent, the disintegrating agent and the first lubricant to obtain a second mixture; slowly adding a wetting agent into the second mixture, stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a soft material; granulating the soft material, drying at 75-82 ℃, and then sieving with a 16-20-mesh sieve to obtain dry granules, wherein the moisture content of the dry granules is 5-7 wt%; and mixing the dry granules with magnesium stearate, and pelleting, wherein the addition amount of the magnesium stearate is 0.5-1% of the mass of the dry granules, so as to obtain the bock greenbrier rhizome pills. The preparation process can be used for standardized mass production of the bock greenbrier rhizome. |
