abstract |
The invention discloses a method and a device for screening pepper varieties that are resistant to low temperature and weak light. Low temperature and low light treatment; (2) Collect chlorophyll fluorescence images and RGB images to obtain the corresponding chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, shape parameters and color parameters; (3) Calculate the comprehensive evaluation value of low temperature and low light resistance of each pepper seedling as input. The degree of low temperature and weak light is used as the output to establish a discriminant model; (4) the pepper varieties to be screened are also treated with artificial low temperature and weak light, and the comprehensive evaluation value of low temperature and weak light resistance is calculated and input into the discriminant model to judge the degree of tolerance. The screening method and device of the invention have integrated settings of collection, processing, analysis and storage, avoid tedious manual operations, improve screening speed and precision, and are suitable for a large number of low temperature and weak light-resistant pepper varieties breeding work. |
