titleOfInvention Group protein structure prediction method based on dynamic abstract convex-lower bound estimation
abstract A group protein structure prediction method based on dynamic abstract convex lower bound estimation is characterized in that under the framework of a differential evolution algorithm and based on an abstract convex theory, firstly, a lower bound estimation model of an energy function is established by calculating a support vector of each conformation individual in an initial group; then, averagely dividing the whole sub-population into two sub-populations, and selecting the conformation with the lowest energy from the sub-populations to guide conformation variation to generate a test conformation; secondly, calculating an energy lower bound estimation value of the test conformation, and guiding the selection of the conformation according to the lower bound estimation information; and finally, calculating the support vector of the accepted test conformation, replacing the support vector of the corresponding target conformation, and realizing the dynamic update of the lower bound estimation model. The invention provides a group protein structure prediction method based on dynamic abstract convex-lower bound estimation, which is low in calculation cost and high in prediction efficiency.
