abstract | The invention discloses a method for simultaneously determining the content of oil and fat and the composition of fatty acid in trace oil-tea camellia kernels. The method comprises the steps of extracting oil components in the oil-tea camellia seed kernel by adopting a novel solvent system, adding fatty acid which is not contained in the oil-tea camellia as an internal standard, establishing an internal standard curve of fatty acid methyl ester-fatty acid methyl ester/internal standard substance by adopting a gas chromatography, calculating through the internal standard curve, converting the content of total fatty acid into the content of oil, and determining the content of the oil and the composition of the fatty acid in the oil-tea camellia seed kernel, wherein the content of single fatty acid is the content of the fatty acid. The method can realize the synchronous measurement of the content and the composition of the oil, has obvious advantages particularly for the extraction of the oil in trace kernel, and is very suitable for the accurate extraction of the oil in trace kernel of camellia oleifera and the accurate measurement of fatty acid. |
