titleOfInvention Method for extracting tungsten-containing mineral by microwave and application
abstract The invention provides a method for extracting tungsten-containing minerals by microwaves and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of metallurgy. The method for extracting the tungsten-containing minerals by microwaves comprises the following steps: under the condition of microwave irradiation, carrying out double decomposition reaction on the tungsten-containing mineral, the alkali leaching agent and the optional additive, and after the reaction is finished, separating to obtain sodium tungstate; wherein the microwave frequency is 2500-2800 MHz. The method solves the technical problems of low recovery rate, low efficiency and environmental pollution of the traditional method for decomposing tungsten-containing minerals with alkali. The method for extracting the tungsten-containing minerals by the microwaves can be applied to preparation of tungsten compounds or metal tungsten.
