titleOfInvention Organic silicon modified polyester resin for super-weather-resistant powder coating and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses an organic silicon modified polyester resin for an ultra-weather-resistant powder coating and a preparation method thereof. The organic silicon modified polyester resin has an acid value of 31-35 mgKOH/g, a glass transition temperature of 55-60 ℃, a melt viscosity of 2000-4500 mPa.s at 200 ℃ and a reactivity of 150-250 s at 180 ℃, and is mainly prepared from dihydric alcohol, polyhydric alcohol, organic silicon, dibasic acid, a silanol catalyst, an esterification catalyst and an acidolysis agent. The organic silicon modified polyester resin has higher glass transition temperature, proper melt viscosity, acid value and reactivity, and has excellent weather resistance, mechanical property, leveling property and other properties when being prepared into powder coating by using the organic silicon modified polyester resin, and is particularly suitable for powder coating of HAA system.
