abstract | The invention provides a synthesis method of OLED intermediate 2-bromopyrene, which comprises the steps of firstly, taking 1-amino-2-bromopyrene as a raw material, and obtaining a 2-bromopyrene crude product by adopting a diazotization deamination method; putting the obtained 2-bromopyrene crude product into ethyl acetate with the weight being 1.5-2.5 times that of the crude product, heating to reflux, and cooling to 20 +/-2 ℃ to realize crystallization, so that the 2-bromopyrene crude product is refined, and finally, a 2-bromopyrene pure product with the purity being more than or equal to 99.5% is obtained; according to the invention, the 1-amino-2-bromopyrene is used for preparing the 2-bromopyrene, the yield is high, and the purity of the finally obtained 2-bromopyrene is high. Meanwhile, the invention provides the method for preparing the 1-amino-2-bromopyrene by reacting the 1-aminopyrene with the brominating reagent, the yield is high, and the price of the 1-aminopyrene is low; compared with the prior art, the synthesis method provided by the invention can reduce the cost for preparing 2-bromopyrene. |
