titleOfInvention All-solid preparation method for uniformly coating graphene on surface of irregular micro-nano particles
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of an all-solid material which uniformly coats dense graphene on the surface of irregular micro-nano particles, and belongs to the field of new energy materials and preparation techniques thereof. The shearing force generated by the ball milling process separates the graphite powder layers from each other and adheres to the surface of the coated microspheres during the rubbing process, and continuously reduces the number of graphite layers under continuous physical friction to form a thin layer. The graphene is coated with the microsphere shell-nuclear structure, and the coated product is obtained by sieving the difference in size between the coated product and the graphite powder. Further, the transfer graphene can be obtained by mixing ball milling of the microsphere coated product with other irregular micro-nanoparticle solid powder samples to form a graphene-solid powder composite for use in various fields. The whole process does not involve any chemical reaction, the process is simple, the cost is low, the environment is green, the product purity is high and the post-treatment is simple, and the raw materials can be reused many times, which is suitable for industrial production.
