abstract |
The invention relates to a stretchable perovskite solar cell and a preparation method and application thereof. The battery includes a stretchable electrode circuit (1) and a rigid battery device (2). The preparation method comprises: sequentially preparing an electron transport layer (5), a light absorbing layer (6), a hole transport layer (7) and a counter electrode (8) on an ITO-polymer film, and then preparing the ITO-polymer film. The battery-ineffective portion of the electrode is subjected to a serpentine stretchable electrode circuit (1) structural design and laser engraving. The battery can be stretched and curled at will while maintaining high efficiency photoelectric conversion efficiency, and can be carried around, solving the problem of sustainable energy supply of small wearable smart devices on smart clothing. |
