abstract | The invention relates to a urine protein marker for ovarian cancer peritoneal xenografts and a diagnostic use thereof. Specifically, the present invention relates to a urine protein marker obtained by using a rat ovarian cancer cell peritoneal xenograft model and mass spectrometry, and the use of the urine protein marker in the diagnosis and course monitoring of human ovarian cancer peritoneal xenografts. Self-adhesion molecule 4, alcohol dehydrogenase 1, N(G), N(G)-dimethylarginase 1, methylthiol oxidase, phosphotriesterase-related protein, Rab GDP dissociation inhibition Agent β and the like. The urine differential protein obtained in the invention provides a simpler, faster and non-invasive choice for early diagnosis and course monitoring of ovarian cancer peritoneal xenografts. |
