titleOfInvention | A method for screening iNOS inhibitors in Ophiopogon japonicus and screening for iNOS inhibitors |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for screening iNOS inhibitors in Ophiopogon japonicus and screening for iNOS inhibitors. First, through molecular docking and chemically pure iNOS inhibition experiments, the screening method disclosed in the present invention can effectively and reliably screen compounds having iNOS inhibitory activity in Ophiopogon japonicus, including: Pennogenin‐3‐O‐α‐L‐rhamnopyranosyl ‐(1→2)‐β‐D‐xylopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐β‐D-glucopyranoside, Ophiocohol ketone A, Methyl sterol flavanone A, Methyl dextran B, Aspartame D and dextran D'; secondly, from another perspective, the method disclosed in the present invention can be used to target the above-mentioned iNOS inhibitor in Ophiopogon japonicus; again, the above chemical composition in Ophiopogon japonicus is the first time It has been found to have iNOS inhibitory activity, and thus can be prepared as an iNOS inhibitor for the treatment of diseases caused by excessive NO such as hypertension, neurodegeneration, rheumatoid arthritis, colitis, cancer, and the like. |
