abstract The invention discloses a method for detecting norfloxacin, which comprises the following steps: preparing bovine serum albumin mediated gold nanocluster solution; preparing a sample to be detected into a solution, dividing the solution into a plurality of equal parts according to the volume ratio, respectively adding pure water with different volume ratios into each equal part of sample solution to dilute the sample solution to form a series of sample solutions with concentration difference, and then extracting each diluted sample solution in an equal volume to form a plurality of standard solutions to be detected; and adding bovine serum albumin-mediated gold nanocluster solution into each standard solution to be detected to form a mixed solution sample, placing each mixed solution sample under light rays in the same excitation wavelength range, and if the fluorescence intensity of each mixed solution sample is in direct proportion to the dilution degree of the corresponding standard solution to be detected in each mixed solution sample, determining that the sample to be detected contains norfloxacin. The whole detection process is simple to operate, short in time consumption and easy to popularize.
