titleOfInvention Nano forest-like V-doped Ni3S2/NF self-supporting electrode and preparation method thereof
abstract Nano forest-like V-doped Ni 3 S 2 the/NF self-supporting electrode comprises a foam nickel substrate and nano forest-shaped V-doped Ni growing on the surface of the foam nickel substrate 3 S 2 And (4) coating. The preparation method of the self-supporting electrode comprises the following steps: soaking clean foamed nickel in a precursor solution containing nickel chloride, vanadium chloride, ammonium fluoride and urea to perform a first hydrothermal reaction; soaking the reacted foam nickel in a thioacetamide aqueous solution, carrying out a second hydrothermal reaction at 120-160 ℃, and reacting for 15-24 h to obtain nano forest-like V-doped Ni 3 S 2 /NF self-supporting electrode. The electrode material disclosed by the invention does not need to use a binder, and the generated electrode material has good catalytic activity of both OER and HER in a 1M KOH solution.
