The present invention discloses a synthetic Bt insect resistance gene JBT-AC, and the nucleotide sequence of the Bt insect resistance gene JBT-AC is shown by SEQ ID No. 1. The Bt insect resistance gene JBT-AC is more likely to obtain highly expressed transgenic plants than before codon optimization. The insect-resistant gene JBT‐AC can be stably inherited and expressed in transgenic maize, and the expression level is high, and the obtained transgenic corn has good insect resistance. |
