abstract | The invention provides a steel structure nano fireproof coating, which comprises the following components according to parts by weight: 40-60 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 10-30 parts of silicone-acrylic emulsion, 4-8 parts of ammonium polyphosphate, and 2-9 of dipentaerythritol. 6 parts, 8 to 16 parts of ceramic hollow microbeads, 5 to 10 parts of mullite fiber, 0.4 to 0.8 parts of wetting and dispersing agent, 0.3 to 0.6 parts of leveling agent, 2 to 6 parts of filming aid and modified nanometer 6 to 12 parts of silicon carbide; wherein the modified nano silicon carbide is mainly prepared by using nano silicon carbide, starch and a silane coupling agent. The fireproof coating not only has a high expansion ratio of the coating, but also improves its heat insulation and fire resistance. |
