The invention discloses a preparation method of a biodegradable flexible electric wire. The biodegradable flexible conductive wire prepared is prepared by using a biodegradable polyurethane resin as a base material, a conductive material as a functional body, and a common coextrusion process. The preparation method of the biodegradable flexible conductive wire provided by the invention has the characteristics of simple process, green environmental protection and wide source of raw materials. It has a high elongation at break, which makes the conductive wire have good electrical conductivity under high frequency irregular folding, winding and strong tensile, and prolongs the service time of the conductive wire.
