abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of cable material preparation, and particularly relates to a thermoplastic elastomer material and a preparation method thereof. The thermoplastic elastomer material provided by the invention comprises: 15-40 parts by weight of a styrene block copolymer; 15-30 parts by weight of filling oil; 5-15 parts by weight of polyolefin resin; 5-20 parts of a toughening agent; 10-20 parts by weight of a polyurethane thermoplastic elastomer; 2-5 parts of a compatilizer; 30-50 parts of a composite flame retardant; 1-2 parts of an auxiliary agent. When the composite flame retardant is prepared, the styrene block copolymer is firstly mixed with filling oil, then is mixed with the polyolefin resin, the toughening agent, the polyurethane thermoplastic elastomer, the compatilizer, the composite flame retardant and the auxiliary agent, and then is extruded and molded, so that the process is simple. The thermoplastic elastomer material has good high flame retardant property, anti-swing property and scratch resistance, high temperature resistance and excellent mechanical property, and can be widely applied to insulating outer coverings of halogen-free environment-friendly data lines, earphone lines and computer peripheral lines, plugs, SR heads and the like. |
