The invention relates to a preparation method of a stretch-wound film, belonging to the technical field of packaging materials. The carbon atoms in the carbon nanotubes of the invention adopt SP2 hybridization, so that the carbon nanotubes have high modulus and high strength, the carbon nanotubes have good mechanical properties, the carbon nanotubes have good flexibility, can be stretched, and carbon nanometers are added. The composite material made of the tube can make the composite material exhibit good strength, elasticity, fatigue resistance and isotropy; in the present invention, the titanium dioxide and the carbon nanotubes are coated with a silica sol, and the titanium dioxide and the carbon nanotubes can be uniformly distributed. It is not easy to agglomerate and is added with coating material. Silica sol is a stable dispersion system of silica colloidal particles in water. It cooperates with nanometer titanium dioxide to make the chemical properties of the coating material stable, and the silica sol has a three-dimensional network continuum.
