The invention discloses an anti-aging communication cable sheath material resistant to high and low temperature, which mainly comprises the following raw materials according to the weight parts: 60-80 parts of nitrile rubber, 40-60 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 30-phenylene silicone rubber 30- 50 parts, 10-20 parts of polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, 3-6 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene fiber, 4-8 parts of alumina, 4-8 parts of octylphenol ethoxylate, 2‐(2'-hydroxy- 2'4 parts of 5'-methylphenyl)benzotriazole, 1-3 parts of 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone, and 2-5 parts of silane coupling agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the high temperature resistant anti-aging communication cable sheathing material. The communication cable sheathing material prepared by the invention has better resistance to high and low temperature impact, can adapt to large temperature difference changes, and can adapt to strong light irradiation. |
