titleOfInvention | Conjugated polymers substituted by dialkyl sulfide chains and their preparation and application |
abstract | The present invention relates to a conjugated polymer substituted by a dialkyl sulfide chain as shown in formula I: Wherein: R 1 is a C 8 -C 12 straight-chain alkyl group, a C 8 -C 12 branched-chain alkyl group or a C 8 -C 12 alkylthio group; R 2 is a hydrogen atom, a chlorine atom or a fluorine atom; and R 3 is a C 8 -C 12 straight chain alkyl group or C 8 -C 12 branched chain alkyl group; n represents the number of repeating units of the polymer, which is any natural number between 4-400. The present invention also provides an active layer of a polymer solar cell, comprising the above-mentioned bisalkylsulfide chain-substituted conjugated polymer donor shown in formula I and a non-fullerene n-type fused-ring acceptor molecule. The conjugated polymer of the present invention, as a polymer donor, exhibits excellent photovoltaic performance and good device stability when applied to organic solar cells. When the cell area is 0.04 cm 2 , the power conversion efficiency (PCE) reaches 13.10%, especially, when the device area is 1 cm 2 , it still reaches 10.21% power conversion efficiency. |
