The invention also provides a preparation method and application of a large molecular weight Astragalus polysaccharide, which is extracted and purified by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method to obtain a large molecular weight APS, and is separated and purified by using DEAE-52 chromatography column combined with HW-65F chromatography column. The method can obtain high-purity large molecular weight Astragalus polysaccharide, and it is stable and feasible, and the obtained product has high purity. In addition, high-purity Astragalus polysaccharide APS 3a is applied to the mouse enteritis model induced by DSS, and it is found to have good resistance. Inflammatory activity, can be used to prepare anti-inflammatory drugs. |
