titleOfInvention Method for comprehensive utilization of arsenic sulfide slag
abstract The invention discloses a method for comprehensive utilization of arsenic sulfide slag, belonging to the technical field of solid waste resource treatment. The invention uses the arsenic sulfide slag produced after the smelting treatment of arsenic-containing wastewater by non-ferrous metal as raw material, and is subjected to pressurized alkali leaching and hydrazine. After chemical reaction, neutralization, crystallization, and drying, benzyl phthalic acid, benzyl alcohol and other products are obtained, thereby realizing the resource utilization of arsenic sulfide slag. The present invention treats arsenic sulfide slag by comprehensive treatment, and not only benzyl citric acid is prepared. The by-products such as sulfur and benzyl alcohol have high comprehensive utilization rate, and at the same time realize the “recycling, reduction, and harmless treatment” of metallurgical hazardous solid waste. The present invention effectively utilizes arsenic sulfide and solves the arsenic sulfide residue. A large number of piles have problems such as large land occupation, difficult maintenance and large safety hazards, and low energy consumption and energy conservation. The method of the invention is environmentally friendly, has no pollution to the environment, and has a wide application prospect.
