The invention discloses a preparation method of an arylcyclopropyl ether and a derivative thereof: under the protection of an inert gas, a fluoroaromatic compound and a cyclopropanol are dissolved in an aprotic dipolar solvent, and then a base is added. The aromatic nucleophilic substitution reaction is carried out at 0 to 75 ° C for 2 to 6 hours under stirring; after the reaction time is reached, the obtained reaction solution is quenched with water, and the quenched reaction solution is extracted, washed, dried and filtered.
