titleOfInvention All-inorganic halogen perovskite nanocrystal and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a total inorganic halogen perovskite nanocrystal and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method first prepares Cs 4 PbX 6 nano crystal, and then disperses the Cs 4 PbX 6 nano crystal in a non-polar solvent to obtain Dispersing the solution, and pouring water into the dispersion solution and oscillating, so that the Cs 4 PbX 6 nanocrystal is converted into CsPbX 3 nanocrystal, and the Cs 4 which will not emit fluorescence under normal temperature and normal pressure is realized by the above water initiation process. PbX 6 nanocrystals are converted into CsPbX 3 nanocrystals with excellent luminescence properties. The method of the invention has simple process and convenient operation, and the prepared Cs 4 PbX 6 nano crystal has good dispersibility, excellent luminescence performance, narrow emission width, photoluminescence quantum yield of up to 75%, and optical properties of the whole visible light. Adjustable within the range.
